Church History Road Trip- Part 5

These pictures are a little out of order, but that's ok. We left Nauvoo on Wednesday. This statue is near where the saints crossed the river. Obviously, it's Joseph and Brigham.

This is the the view that the saints would have looked at while they walked down Parley street. Except the road wasn't paved, and there weren't any cars, and it was the middle of winter and the river was frozen. But still.
The only picture with all 13 of us. We took a little ride in the wagon and learned about oxen. My uncle Myron is holding the ox's horn so it doesn't swing its head around and impale us.

This picture is actually from Tuesday. One is loud. Five was deafening.

I missed the red shirt memo.

These are also from Tuesday.
